  4. Ship the Return: Send the product to the return address provided in the RA instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package, as ClicksViral is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect items).

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets the return eligibility criteria. If the return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the return has been received and inspected.

Please note the following:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving the wrong or defective item.

  • Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Items: If your item was damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs. We will send you a prepaid return shipping label to return the product to us.

8. Gift Returns

If you received a gift from ClicksViral and would like to return it, we can offer you a store credit or process an exchange for a different item. To return a gift, please contact us for the return instructions.

9. Order Cancellations
